Quality Policy

EA is committed to excellence in the provision of Training services, such as high quality Training, Consultancy, research and dissemination of quality Training related information to meet customer needs through continuous improvement.

EA will :

  • Ensure  the quality of      training services      meet    the needs      and expectation of customers.
  • Control and improve the quality of training services at each stage of the delivery system.
  • Ensure  full  conformity with  the  requirements of  the quality managementsystem.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of the governance of the quality management system.
  • Regularly review and reassess the objectives of quality.
  • Improve the quality of delivery of training services through innovation and creativityin QMS
  • Provide the services of outstanding quality in the fields of Training and inspection consistent with customer requirements and applicable codes and standards.
  • Implement and maintain the quality system requirements of the international standard ISO 9001: 2015, PCN CP08. Ensure that all staff understands the quality management system as the core of EA's cultural practices.

The effectiveness of the quality management system is the responsibility of all EA staff in meeting the needs and demands of customers.

Quality Objectives

  • Deliver a minimum of 12 certified training programs annually, each achieving at least 90% compliance with quality, reliability, efficiency, and safety standards, as measured through trainee feedback, audit results, and incident-free completion records by end of each calendar year.
  • Conduct staff competency enhancement workshops at least once every three months, focusing on technical knowledge, instructional skills, and process updates—ensuring continuous capability development across all departments, with documented participation
  • Increase the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) to at least 80% by the end of each calendar year, based on structured feedback collection and analysis, and implement a minimum of one targeted improvement initiative annually to address evolving trainee and client expectations.
  • Achieve a customer satisfaction score of at least 80% for training services by the end of each calendar year, based on structured post-training feedback forms, and implement quarterly improvement actions to maintain and exceed this benchmark.
  • Limit the number of nonconformities (NCRs) identified during internal and external audits to fewer than 10 annually, through ongoing improvements in the Quality Management System (QMS), staff training, documentation practices, and record maintenance—monitored and reviewed quarterly for audit readiness.
